I feel a bit bad now cause I haven't been stretching the rest of my body lol Like you said, it's a journey and I spent 3 months to get my left front split and when I did it, I was like "yayyy!! Omg!"

This may be a random question but what kind of underwear or stretchy Supportive things should I wear my problem is I think my underwear is stopping my legs her from stretching all the way out but I'm using Under armor underwear A sport

Thanks so much everyone for all the support so far on this video! It fees great to be back in my element and thanks to all of the people who were patient and let me take some time to figure things out and get on a good path in life again. It's a never ending battle but I feel sooooo much better than I did even a few weeks ago. Every day I feel myself start to feel more and more hopeful about life and it's thanks to good life habits such as eating, meditating, enjoying new things, and all of the positive people around me. Who wants a vid on how I personally work through depression? It's something I definitely think needs to be spoken about openly more often!
